Corporate/Private Events Packages
PACKAGE #1: 7-piece band
Includes three vocalists: Male and Female lead vocalists, Keyboardist, Guitarist, Sax/lead vocalist, Bassist, Drummer.
4-hour time frame
Wedding entertainment consulting & planning, logistics
A day-of stage manager/Music director/Band leader
A dedicated sound engineer ensures a smooth, balanced sound experience, seamless music transitions during band breaks, and custom playlists upon request. We take one 15-minute break during the dance sets and a short break for vendor meals, typically during the couple's dinner. During these times, we provide continuous music at no extra charge.
A full professional PA (sound system) for reception
Chauvet LED top-of-the-line stage & dance floor lighting
Wireless microphones available for speeches during the 4-hour reception
Emceeing your reception, which includes introducing the couple, making any requested
shoutouts, calling people to the stage, and handing out microphones for toasts, etc.
Band will learn up to 3 songs outside of their list
Email/phone support from the owner & planning support from the Day-of Band Leader

Same package as the 7-piece, plus one additional instrument: trumpet (recommended) or trombone.
